Refund Policy

At Beroul, we strive to satisfy our customers 100%. If you have any questions or issues regarding our shipping or product, please send us an email, and our team will assist you immediately.

● RETURN POLICY:

Exchange: 14 business days from the delivery date in new condition without visible wear. The buyer must bear the return shipping costs if the goods are not covered by our manufacturing defect warranty and the exchange is not due to our error.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.

WARNING: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover:

  • Damage due to an accident

  • Improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Deterioration of colors and materials due to sun exposure

Returns/exchanges of products that have been in contact with water will not be accepted.

● REFUND:

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the initial requirements, you have the option to request a refund.

You may receive a refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with your order: You purchased your RivelleTM products less than 14 days ago and wish to return them. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the items from you.

  • The product you purchased is completely non-functional.

  • You have not received your product within 60 business days or 90 business days.

● Please note:

  • The following items are non-returnable: bodysuits, lingerie and nightwear, jewelry, and accessories (excluding scarves and bags).

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your returned item. Once the refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

  • The customer will only be charged once for shipping fees (this also applies to returns). The consumer will not be charged a backorder fee for returning the product.

You can return your order within 14 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Easy Returns in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Please contact our customer service via the contact form or send an email to support@beroul.com and include your order number.

Step 2: Submit your order.

Send the shipments with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to provide the package with a tracking and tracing code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we do not want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.

As soon as we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account within 5 business days.
